Recently I went to the The Cool and I did not have a good customer experience when I was there. The employees seemed to have a “too cool for school” or an “I don’t wanna be here” type of attitude. They were on their phones and blasting music and not even greeting or paying attention to the customers. Doesn’t seem like customer service is a high priority on their list. Overall, The Cool has dope hyped clothing and accessories, but the customer service needs to be better.
Nice selection of clothing but the business owner is unprofessional, immature and honestly rude to their social media followers. Employees have the “I don’t care” mentality. If you dare speak out on social media against the owners attitude you’ll get “blasted” and trash talked on their business page. It would be wise to spend money else where on a business that isn’t hateful and so cringey. Plenty of other small businesses to support that actually have a well mannered staff.
The best clothes store in South center. The staff are super chill and hooked me up with a free shoe keychain on my birthday. Its expensive but they have sales every week lowering a 35 dollar shirt to 20-25 bucks. Amazing store. Shop there if you have money.
I was helped out by mark at The Cool and I was ultimately surprised. Usually when you go to these smaller stores with high quality material, brands, etc. you don’t get the same service and conversation like the cool. I loved the store and what I received from all the employees. Thanks the cool y’all are dope
Throughout the years of going to The Cool I’ve always experienced the customer service to be terrible. The people working the counters are very arrogant and profile you upon what you’re wearing. I think it’s a cool shop but would highly suggest a management change. Also if you’re looking for Supreme, Jordan’s, Bape, etc... look into Grail Finders in Puyallup !
I went to the store to get my shoes authenticated and the store owner had told me that the shoes were fake which was very embarrassing since I knew they weren’t fake. However I had gone to multiple sneaker shops such as the lucky dog in Seattle and west coast in south center and told me other wise they aren’t. How can store owner who prides himself and saying that he is been in “this” business for 11 years not now the difference between real and fake shoes. The store owner was rude, disrespectful and can’t take customer feedback properly which is very childish. We’ve even talked with other sneaker shop and been told they sell fake shoes which we can’t confirm but that just looks bad on the owner, the brand and the people who shop there waiting to get ripped off. WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS THEIR
It has some cool streetwear/lifestyle clothes and rare/hyped clothes and shoes too. But the customer service needs to be more interactive. Like greeting new people who haven't shopped there before when they come in, and interacting with the customers.
We just had an amazing experience at The Cool this weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they have a great selection of product. Everyone at the store was warm and knowledgeable. We quickly found what we wanted, and checking out was a breeze. Thank you!!!!
